Stella Artois Portsea Polo 2011
I had an outfit like this once... when I was six.
ah, she tries to liven up this frumpy white ensemble with a statement umbrella. looks like a flamingo exploded.
Simple, understated, classy, chic.
Ok, Jess Hart would look amazing in a potato sack. However, whilst this is no exception, what you can't quite see in this photograph is the pair of gold (that's right, gold) Converse Sneakers she is sporting under her black maxi. just because you're a supermodel doesn't mean you can get away with mixing Converse and Chanel. besides, Avril Lavigne called and she wants her 2003 look back. c u l8r sk8r boi.
Cotton tank tops should only be worn on three occasions: 1. to bed, 2. to the gym, 3. to the beach. As for the lady on the right, what the hell is that hideous lump of pink leather you've got draped under your arm? I sincerely hope a cow wasn't sacrificed in order to produce that questionable excuse for a bag.
whilst for the most part, this is an elegant look, the colour does wash her out a bit. but what really annoys me about this ensemble is the fact that she has tucked her sunglasses into her dress. completely cheapens her whole look. this is the Portsea Polo afterall, not the Lorne Pier to Pub.
love both these looks. the girl on the right did well to pull off this leopard without making it look tacky. understated jewelry and simple, black sunglasses did the trick.
beautiful, whimsical, chic. as for the lady in the background with the leopard print smock and lace knickerbockers - in future, please turn on the lights when getting dressed.
hmm, not sure whether or not leather shorts are too heavy for daywear, particularly at an event like this. the black on black is definitely not assisting the situation. I see she has tried to break up the colour with the brown leather belt - but leather-on-leather? really? don't they have mirrors down in Frankston?
big fan of the fresh flowers, oversized sunnies and embroidered white dress. very Mid-Summer Night's Dream.
sassy in sass&bide. great choice with the tan wedges too.
I don't recall a time when kimonos were ever en vogue. let alone cropped ones tied up under the bust.
I love this. she took a risk by showing off the midriff and yet she still looks classy. bonus points for the great bag. very Lara Bingle circa 2009.
Hart sisters looking gorgeous as usual *sigh*. they keep some pretty nice company too.
yes. no. no.
girl in the red looks great. she also looks like Audrina Patirdge. adore the sunglasses. not digging her friend's purple number. the frills are not doing her any favours.
I was initially in two minds about this sass&bide RTW shell-encrusted piece. there is a lot going on but this girl carries it well. somehow she doesn't look over done. the avant-guard combination of textures and detail make for a brave choice. one which paid off. again, fabulous choice of eyewear though if it were me, I would've forfeited the fringe for a slicked back ponytail a la Blake Lively.
attention girl on the left: is this a beach towel or a dress? the pattern looks as though someone vomited up a sunset. her friend in the pretty floral ensemble looks alright though. short and sweet, though if anything, perhaps a little too short?
delicious. honorary mention goes to the gentleman on the far left in the mint green shirt. the colour really pops against his skin and the tan pants. very suave.
some gold jewelry would've been nice and perhaps a flower or band for the hair but overall she has done well.
were you sponsored by Ralph Lauren? this outfit completely epitomizes the preppy connotations associated with the Portsea Polo dress code.
